25 Occasionally we may invite you to comment.  Any comment section of this Website is intended to be an area where you can read and engage in lively, rational discussion on any issue. We are keen for the section to promote honest and forthright discussion of the issues and to allow people of all opinions to express their views.

26 You are welcome to post, transmit or submit messages and other materials (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) to our bulletin boards, chat rooms or other designated public areas within this Website, subject to you agreeing to these Conditions.

If a comment includes unacceptable elements, we reserve the right to delete the entire comment. The decision of our moderators is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

28.2 We will not respond to comments posted on this Website. If you require a response please complete the ‘contact us’ section of this Website.

28.3 Criteria which our moderators judge comments on include, but are not limited to defamatory, libel, racism, sexism, sectarianism, obscenity, threatening language, impersonation or expressing support for a proscribed organisation.

R. Photographic Images Of Minors

If anyone objects to a photo or image of their child being used on the website, then we will gladly remove it. Photos from station events are uploaded to our websites in good faith. If you’d like to request an image to be removed from this website, please contact office@zestliverpool.com .

 

GENERAL TICKETING FOR STATION EVENTS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Where an event is promoted by Zest Liverpool Ltd but hosted by a partner then all terms and conditions of the partner and/or the venue will apply.

Where an event is organised by Zest Liverpool Ltd, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales, registered number 10107671 with a registered office at Cheshire House, Gorsey Lane, Widnes, WA8 0RP. (the “Company”) and or its commercial partners:

The Company has hired this venue (the “Venue”) in order to host the Event. By entering the Venue, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the “Conditions”).

1. All patrons must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the Venue and upon request for inspection at any time. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the Venue.

2. All children must have a valid ticket. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Standing areas may not suitable for under 16’s and Events may be age restricted; it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check these details before purchasing. Further information may be available on the station’s website/s.

3. Removing the ticket stub or defacing or altering the ticket in any way (including copying the ticket) invalidates the ticket.

4. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase unless the Event is cancelled and a valid ticket and purchase receipt is produced. For the avoidance of doubt amendment of show times and durations do not constitute cancellation.

5. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat/place of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket holder’s ticket and the Company reserves the right to provide alternatives seats/places  to those specified on the ticket.

6. Tickets are not transferable. Re-selling a ticket for profit or commercial gain or use for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of the Company or (if applicable) any commercial partner will void the ticket. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Venue.

7. Tickets purchased from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to the Event will not be permitted.

8. The Company or (if applicable) any commercial partner is not liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

9. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of our patrons, the Company or (if applicable) any commercial partner reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.

10. Patrons may be ejected from the Venue if, in the reasonable opinion of the Company or (if applicable) its commercial partner, the ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron or effecting the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event. Examples include but are not limited to being (or appearing to be) drunk or incapable or intoxicated, under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched or in breach of these Conditions. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

11. To ensure safety, security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items will be conducted on entry and any items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event for other patrons or are in breach of these Conditions will be confiscated.

12. Unless stated otherwise elsewhere on the Zest website, for example, where the Event includes food or drink such as a picnic event, no food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Venue. A variety of food and beverages will usually be available for purchase inside the Venue.

13. There is no re-admission once you have left the Venue.

14. CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Venue. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming and sound recording which may include you as a member of audience and include you in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

15. The use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.

16. In seated areas other members of the audience may stand up during the Event.

17. Crowd surfing and moshing is strictly prohibited.

18. Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Venue.

19. Patrons are requested to address any special needs requirements in advance of their visit by contacting either the office@zestliverpool.com or the venue, as directed.

20. If you experience any problems please contact a steward or duty manager as it may not be possible to resolve issues after the Event.

21. In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.

22. Loud music can damage hearing. Please note that strobe lights or other such effects may also be in use during a performance. The Company will endeavour to advise where appropriate, however it is the responsibility of individual patrons to enquire and the Company can take no responsibility in this regard.

23. All events are subject to licence.

24. Smoking is forbidden in any part of the Venue.

25. When purchasing alcohol if you appear to be under the age of 18 you may be asked for proof of age.

26. Official merchandise is only available from outlets within the Venue. Please be aware of unofficial traders offering inferior goods.

27. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any re-arranged Event.

28. Please consider neighbours and leave the Venue site quietly.

29. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property howsoever caused and in any event will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising as a result of or in connection with the Event in any way.

30. The Company reserves the right to amend performance times and durations.

31. English law applies to these conditions.
